The problem

What it solves

Renovation companies usually put every quote together by hand after a site visit: measure, look up tile and adhesive prices, add labour, add VAT. It is easy to end up a box short or with last year’s rate.

The tricky part

What had to be right

Openings and rounding. Wall area must exclude doors and windows, and materials are sold by the box, not by the m². The sheet keeps exact areas for labour and rounded quantities for materials, so neither half of the quote is off.
